Oncology trials

Four-month internship (Jan–Apr 2026) in the Hematology-Oncology Unit of the Cedars Cancer Center, McGill University Health Center. Coordinated Phase I–III trials in CAR-T, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates and led a retrospective patient-burden study in multiple myeloma.

Stem Cell Reports

Published

Hypoxia and loss of GCM1 expression prevent differentiation and contact inhibition in human trophoblast stem cells.

Under low oxygen, the GCM1 transcription factor is downregulated, and its loss blocks trophoblast differentiation and contact inhibition in human trophoblast stem cells.

Core capabilities

Molecular biology bench research

Undergraduate research in the Pastor and McCaffrey labs at the Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute: GCM1 regulation of trophoblast differentiation and placental specification, and tumour-associated macrophage activation in the DCIS-to-IDC transition in breast cancer.
